diy bluePrint juice cleanse…

I am not the juice/cleanse/detox via starving chica. A day without food and I might cut you. So paying for an expensive cleanse is out of the question. However, I decided to try an abbreviated version because I’ve been feeling a bit sluggish and my skin is not “all glowy and ish..” 🙂

So, for a week, I’m going to eat one meal per day. My gigantic salad “Reese Leaf” (every lettuce imaginable, thin sliced carrots, shredded broccoli tops, radishes, red onions, beets, olives, red cabbage, mexican corn mix, edamame, mushrooms, blue + gorgonzola cheese, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and any other organic vegetable in the fridge topped with grilled fish/shrimp or sardines). I’m starting this weekend. I’ll let you know how it works out. 🙂
